I understand that I will have to follow the salon's strict COVID-19 reopening guidelines listed on the wildbeautybar.com policies page and that if I do not follow these guidelines I will be asked to leave the salon, as well as be charged for the scheduled service(s) that I that chose to not come prepared for.View Policies

I am not experiencing the symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat. I understand that due to the frequency of visits of other clients, the characteristics of the virus, and the characteristics of beauty services, that I have elevated the risk of contracting the virus by merely being in the salon.

I verify that I have not traveled outside the United States or outside of the USA by airplane, bus or train in the past 14 days to counties or countries that have been affected by COVID-19.
