Service Description

1 individual faux lash is applied to 1 individual natural lash. **Please arrive wearing No Eye Makeup, with clean (prewashed) lashes. NO coffee before your appointment. Lashes can't get wet for 48 hours after application, so please come prepared to not wash your face/hair for 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked online through www.wildbeautybar.com. All appointments are prepaid here via the website with your debit card which is saved on file. This card must match the same card saved on file for you membership, if purchased. (You pay for the service at the time you book it) *Late Fees - If you are more than 15 min late a late fee of $45 will be charged to the card you have saved on file. *Canceling of an appointment 48 hours or less before your booked appointment time will result in the loss of your appointment including the prepaid payment (deposit). *No-Showing an appointment will not only result in the loss of your appointment including the prepaid payment (deposit), you will be charged an ADDITIONAL fee for the cost of the appointment booked. (This is to ensure that there aren't any No-Shows or Cancellations 48 hours or less before your booked appointment time, as well as ensure that you show up promptly and on time to your appointments and/or provide us with sufficient enough time to fill your now vacant spot) *As long as you "reschedule" your appointment before the 48 hour mark, then your prepayment will of course be transferred to your newly picked appointment date. *As long as you "cancel" your appointment before the 48 hour mark, then your prepayment will of course be refunded to your debit card. To cancel/reschedule your appointment before 48 hours, you can ONLY do so through your "My Bookings" or " My Subscriptions" Page in your WBB Profile. ***(calls/voicemails are NOT considered rescheduling/canceling!) This is WBB's No-Show/ Cancellation Policy. No Exceptions.
